How do I book?

- Contact phone number
- 2nd & 3rd choices if possible

In all cases a contact name and working phone number will be required to confirm a booking

What times can I rehearse?

Stayfree takes bookings that start from anytime between 10am-12midnight
(please be clear regarding am or pm when booking)
Early morning start times can be arranged
Other times are available as part of “special deals”
(e.g. available on saturday nights midnight til 8am)

What time can I make a booking?

Stayfree is open from 10am until late
If you leave your details on our ansaphone we will call you back as soon as we can
Via e-mail you should allow 24 hrs for a reply

Can I make a booking that automatically rolls over from week to week?

Yes. We will take bookings up to 5 weeks in advance, at the end of the 5 weeks you will be asked if you wish to renew your regular booking for another 5 weeks
Regular bookings can be cancelled like single bookings as long as they are in accordance with the procedures

When do I pay?

All rehearsals must be paid for when you arrive at Stayfree, before you rehearse

What if I have to cancel?

Stayfree no longer charges a cancellation fee, however:

You must inform us that you would like to cancel as soon as possible
Failure to inform us will result in the following actions:

All other bookings including regular bookings will be immediately removed
Repeat offenders will be required to pay in advance (at the time the booking is made)
